This is a very popular Chinese food, It’s easy and much better than ready made sauce from a jar. Ingredients are very flexible. You can use chicken instead and veges can be courgette, bamboo, broccoli, baby corns, mushrooms etc anything you have in your fridge that good for frying.
I make this quite often we all love it.
Ingredients: (3-4 servings)
Pork 500g
Onion 1/2
Red pepper (can be any colour) 1/2
carrot 1/2
pinneaple (slices or chunks) 2 slices
Sugar pea handful
Sake 1tbsp
Salt 2 pinch
Potato starch 2tbsp

1. Cut the pork surface in lattice pattern at 5mm intervals, then cut them in 2cm cubes. Marinate in sake and pinch of salt and pepper for 20min.
