Simple ‘n’ easy baked cheese cake
admin | September 14, 2009This is so easy and delicious. All you need to do is add all the ingredients in one bowl and in the oven
Fluffy cake for first day, second day will be moist and rich.

cooking time: 1hour 10min.
Ingredients:
Cream cheese
250g
Sugar
80g
Egg
2
Double cream
200cc
Flour
3tbs
Lemon juice
1tbs
Apricot jam
2tbs (Optional)
Hot water
2tbs (Optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven 170c.
2. Put the cream cheese in a bowl and soften in a room temperature.
3. put baking paper or butter in a cake mould.
4. Add rest of the ingredients one by one into the cream cheese bowl and mix well each time add the ingredient. (apart from optional ones) filling is ready.
5. Pour the filling into the cake mould and backed in the oven for 50min.
6. Take the cake out from the mould and cool it down. once cooled, ready to serve.
